Nidra Healing Booking Options

Face-Face in the studio:
This option is most recommended due to Lily being able to create the perfect atmosphere for the healing. If this option isn’t accessible for you please see the page on ‘setting up your space’ in order to get the most out of your experience. Lily advises to bring a device to record the session e.g mobile phone.
Video/ Phone Call:
Please ensure your connection is optimum before booking so that your session isn’t disturbed. These sessions can be recorded to reuses to your convenience.

Pre-Recorded Sessions
Lily will create an audio file in her own time and email you the session. Please be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks for your file to come through.
Home Visits
If you are unable to access the studio due to being bed-bound or 20+ miles from the studio/ oversees Lily will come out to your home at a cost. To get a quote complete the form below.
