The Empowering Woman Workshop

Calling all Sisters, Mothers and Daughters to join me in this sacred workshop. A message of Empowerment, self-love and divinity.

Why should you come to this workshop?

Meet like minded women. Dedicate time to your self love practice. Feel supported by other sacred sisters in a divine safe women’s circle. Empower your mind, body and soul. Create beautiful art work to take home with you. Release insecurities through movement and dance. Feel the deep hypnotic rest and mindset reset through Yoga Nidra with focus on improving body confidence. Feel liberated through the rebellion of breaking down societies ideals and pressures placed upon us for being a woman.

If you could please bring with you:

- A notepad/journal + pen

- Pillows + blanket

- A scarf to tie around your chest

- Yoga mat

- A piece of your heart to add to the alter (special object, Crystal, flower, photo)- you will get this back don’t worry.

- An open mind. We will be exploring our womenhood together, in a safe space, with only a small number of ladies. Be prepared to feel the magic of the sacred feminine.
