It is an art form I strongly believe in as it has changed my life for the better.

Bespoke yoga classes

My Classes only hold a maximum of 3 people, in my home studio. This enables me to give more time and attention on every participants individual needs. I believe taking part in a small group yoga class will deepen your yoga knowledge further and enable you to see faster improvements. I Also offer ONLINE 1-1s to cater for those who cant make it to the studio.

Due to my high knowledge of the musculoskeletal system I can deliver my classes in the safest possible way, ensuring that you will be directed in to the postures correctly but also pushed just enough to reach your maximum potential.

I like to create a calming, nurturing and warm atmosphere when I teach. I do this to help you let go mentally and feel the full benefits that yoga has to offer.
