Autumn Day Retreat: Finding Comfort within discomfort.

We must start to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Discomfort is a massive part of growth. It trains your stress response to handle challenging situations better so that you can bring yourself back to a co-regulated state faster.

My next retreat is going to teach you about your stress response, and push you to face fears.

The happy chemicals & hormones that will flood your body after these practices will be a feeling like no other. Always chase the after happy, it lasts longer 😘
