You will walk away from this class feeling like you have had a full body massage.
Through breath work and mindfulness exercises we will slowly ease out tension throughout the body.
This class combines the knowledge I have from my Sports Therapy Qualification and Yoga qualification.
It has been carefully designed to give you a full body MOT. 
It is suitable for all abilities.
