Are you factoring enough ‘me’ time into your week? If not, why not? 
The world as we know it is full of constant stress, because of this it is so important to have a mental energy shift regularly throughout your week. Taking the time to think about what you need rather than what is expected of you.
It’s been scientifically proven that we function better in our day to day lives if take part in regular self care activities.
